Hi, I cant send emails, i have tested changing 127.0.0.1 to my server ip adress, to my name server, but nothings happen, its always the same error:
[10:25:02.38] [SMTP] Connecting to server 127.0.0.1 on port 25
[10:25:22.38] [SMTP] <<:
[10:25:22.38] [SMTP] Error: IsSuccess fgets error
¿Can you help me? I use Dovecot and Postfix. I have installed roundcube and squirrelmail and both worked without any problems or special configurations, but i really want to use Afterlogic. Thanks.

If you run telnet to port 25 on the server, do you get a response? According to the log, WebMail tries to do that and fails to establish connection so it results in timeout after 20 seconds. Maybe your server requires using another port like 465, that one is supported by WebMail and SSL is enabled automatically.

You can try running a test script which uses standard PHP approach for establishing connection. PHP version of WebMail uses the same approach. If test scripts displays ERROR it means there is some configuration issue on server end.

I created a new account and i have the same issue, its resolve un checking the option "use SMTP auth" in account config, but i want to know if theres a way to make it default uncheck for all new accounts, I have tried in admin panel to un mark "Use incoming mail's login/password of the user" but even this way its the same. Thanks

Did you try changing this option in default domain settings under Domains tab in AdminPanel? Does it help?
