Webmail lite was working great until I rebooted the server 2003. When I go to the webmail client page it loads up just fine. When I try to log in I get the error message that "Service Unavailable". This seems to happen randomly. Sometimes I get it other times it will connect just fine. Any ideas what changed or is causing this?

That looks like web server configuration issue. Check error logs of the web server and debug logs of WebMail itself and see if there's anything relevant in there.
