Webmail lite php moved the data directory contents as suggested to C:\webmaildata. Adjusted inc_settings_path.php from data to c:\webmaildata.
Now when I try to connect get error message "can't connect to data base" What else do I need to change. Assigned full permissions to default iis user (isur_mail) and the everyone group on the c:\webmaildata folder. Thanks

P.S Initially the data folder was in the default directory. After I confirmed everything was working was when I moved the data directory and edited the inc_settings_path

That's about database access, not about data folder access. Make sure the database credentials are supplied in settings.xml file correctly.

Thanks for the point in the right direction
When I copy the data to the new location the settings.xml file had the old password. Changed it and reran the mailadmin page and put the settings in that I wanted and all is working OK Thanks for the help
