I'm looking for a way to manage contacts for a small mail system.
Do anyone have input on a way to implement this?
Basically, I'm hoping to pre-populate a user's contact list with all local email addresses and distribution lists. Ideally, if I could have a way to update the contact list on a system-wide basis, that would be great.
Is this possible?

That is certainly possible. No matter whether this is about ASP.NET or PHP edition, we do allow the source code modification and you can implement any set of features you require. Alternately, you can request adding this for you in terms of custom development.
