I have a MailEnable mail server setup where the user names are the user's email addresses without the '.com' on the end, eg. John Smith's email address is 'john.smith@domain.com', and his user name for the mail server is 'john.smith@domain'. Once I've saved these settings in WebMail it all works ok, but then it seems to intermittently (eg. every few days) reset the email address to the user name, so that when emails are sent out with the reply address missing the '.com' on the end. In the WebMail account settings it also looks like the 'Your name' text field gets reset to a blank value as well. Is there a way to stop this happening or have I set something up incorrectly?

What version number are you running? Is it ASP.NET or PHP edition?
