Is there any support for conversation? (Like Gmail conversations)
Are email messages marked in some way to belong to a thread?

Threading isn't supported by MailBee.NET Objects directly, and actually there's no more or less standardized way to provide threading. In case of GMail, I believe they use quite a sophisticated technique for message threads which doesn't assume any special header required; in the simplest case, message subject field is used to identify a message against a particular thread.
