Support Team,
We are evaluating your product (MailBee.Net IMAP) for our web application. Before finalizing the purchase we have few queries which we will appreciate if you can provide the answer for:
1. We have a dedicated production server and a staging server. Once the application is made live the staging server will be disbanded. Effectively speaking we will require (as of now) one license. We are not sure for this whether to purchase MailBee.Net IMAP Developer Site License or ISP License.
2. Please let us know if we can use the Developer Site License for production server also or we have to purchase ISP License for production server.
3. How good after sales support do you provide.
We have to take a decision very fast; answer to the above will help us in expediting the decision.
Regards,
Naresh

1. MailBee.Net IMAP Developer Site License would be fine.
2. Yes, you can use Developer Site License for production server. ISP license is intended only for those clients who make business on providing their customers (third-party entities) with access to MailBee.NET IMAP component. Thus, ISP license is mainly intended for commercial ASP.NET hosting providers.
3. Technical support is provided via request support form and online forum. We do not charge for this service. Also, it's provided for a lifetime period.
On business days, we usually respond in 24 hours. If you didn't get our reply, this usually means there is a some kind of mail filter (such as antispam) installed in your system (or on your mail server/ISP side) which prevented our mail from reaching you.
Regards,
Alex
