That's probably unrelated to MailBee, try sending a message containing the same kind of attachments to that address using any other email client, Mozilla Thunderbird for example. Usually that kind of behavior is caused by corporate or ISP policy blocking attachments of specific types, and in general case there's no way for sender to be aware of that prior to sending a message.
