It comes with the installer. If you download MailBee.NET Objects from the download page, you'll get the latest version.

But almost all the files in the BounceDatabase folder are pretty old. we have many many emails bounced as 'Hard', but they are 'block as spam'. How can we fix this issue.

You can use Request Support Form to submit bounce samples you wish to be added into the database.
We'll then send you the updated version.
