Hi,
just got pro up and running, but when a user logs in with imap and does not exist in the db, they get pop3 error. On the mailserver, there is no connection made.

The debug shows folling, what is it?

13:21:57 [Connecting to server mail.praktit.se at port 143]
13:21:58 [Error: Socket.Connect returned code -5]
13:21:58 [Error: Connection failure]

There is no IMAP on your mail server enabled.

I tested mail.praktit.se with 'telnet' command-line utility and got the following results:

'telnet mail.praktit.se 110' (e.g. POP3)
+OK <1866577656.31277@m1.praktit.se>, POP3 server ready.

'telnet mail.praktit.se 143' (e.g. IMAP)
Connecting To mail.praktit.se...Could not open a connection to host on port 143 : Connect failed

Yes, this is absolutely true,
since you're outside the firewall.

However I'm on the inside, but - this wasn't the problem, we had old config-data in the server, which made it reply on a separate network.

So, my fault, and apologies.
