"Sent folder" functionality is a new feature of WebMail Pro 3.0 which will be released in a week or so.

All registered users of previous versions of WebMail Pro will be able to receive new version as free upgrade.

Alex

WebMail Pro 3.0 stores sent messages in its own database without relying on mail server folder support. Thus, there is no difference for WebMail Pro which protocol is used, POP3 or IMAP. Messages are always stored in database, no matter whether mail server internally supports folders or not.

Any extensions specific to IMAP protocol (like mail server folders) are not used in the current version of WebMail Pro.

Alex

Thanx for quick reply.

Alex, in webmail settings panel i checked on "Leave messages on server" property.
Does messages actually remove from server when i erase them from "trash" folder?

If "Leave messages on server" checkbox is on, messages are never deleted from mail server. When you erase them from Trash folder, they are just removed from database.

Alex

Ok, i see.
I need that messages removed from server when i erase them from "trash" folder (e.g "The Bat").
When i toggle off property checkbox, where does this property feature affect else?

When "leave messages on server" checkbox is set off, all new mails arrived will be deleted from mail server. There are no side effects on this property.

"Delete messages from server when it removed from Trash" and "Keep messages for number of days" TheBat-like settings will be added in future versions of WebMail Pro. However, if you need them ASAP, please contact us at mailbee@iforum.com for arranging details.

Regards,
Alex
