Hello there!
During my use of WMP, I've noticed an issue with all the DeepForest and OpenWater templates.
The webmail tab remains open in my browser all the time and sometimes when I return to that tab to check my mail, some of the screen content has disappeared. It's not always the same amount of content, sometimes only part of the left menu is missing while the emails are unaffected while other times, all the left links and emails are missing:
I do not have this issue with the other templates.
Firefox 58.0b11 In Debian(Openbox)
I would be happy to do any testing that might be able to help troubleshooting.
Thanks for your time!

Interesting one, thank you. I've requested an insight from the developers. Will get back to you once there's a response.

Hi there Igor,
I just wanted to update this. I played around with the template some and can see a pattern. If the page updates during the check for new mail, it seems to trigger the possibility of losing the display of content.
If I watch it and the page updates while I'm watching it, the email list will once again restore itself while I'm watching so it's visible again. The menu on the left side remains missing content.
I hope that makes sense.

Developers state it's the known problem yet it's an unstable one and we're not sure if it's caused by our code or by some updates in web browser as it really started popping out of nowhere at some point.
One suggestion we currently have is to disable gradient mask used in those skins. In .css file of the skin, locate and remove blocks of the following kind:
Code:
mask: ...
-webkit-mask: ...
-o-mask: ...
-ms-mask: ... |
|
|
Hope it helps. It's not something we're including into the regular release just yet but will have to do it if we don't find a better workaround.
