Hello,
We have mailbee webmail pro installed in our windows 2003 system.
Everything works fine, but when we change password via webmail, it is not updated in mail server, where still remains the old password. Is this normal?
Can we update mail server password from webmail?
Thank you very much.

MailBee WebMail Pro communicates with mail server through SMTP/POP3/IMAP4 protocols which don't support mail server control functionality. It is not possible to implement universal "Change password on server" feature because each mail server has its own APIs/tools for this purpose.
Perhaps, if you specify what mail server you are using, we will be able to implement this feature in terms of a custom project for you. It is possible in case if your mail server provides COM API that allows managing user accounts on mail server. If you are interested in this, you are welcome to contact us at support@afterlogic.com.
Regards,
Alex
