Is Winhost somehow special? Are generic installation instructions not working for them?

Winhost doesn't use cpanel or plesk. Their control panel lets me create a virtual directory for webmail. When I copy the files over and "Run the installed" on the install.htm I get the below error.

Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Optimization' does not exist in the namespace 'System.Web' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

We searched the code and everything. We're not using System.Web.Optimization in any way. Maybe this is something specific to this control panel.

Didnt really find a solution. We abandoned the AfterLogic ASP version and went with the PHP version.
