Just recently, one of the WEBMail Pro users is receiving a quick message window

"Wrong Parameter Value"

everytime some sends him an email and he clicks "Get Mail"

He is not receiving any new mail.

Nothing has been changed and all other users are ok.

Please let me know how this can be resolved.

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the problem.

To investigate the problem in more detail, could you please provide us with the following
details:

1. URL pointing to MailBee WebMail Pro on your server (we need it for testing);
   
2. Login and password of account which causes the issue so we would be able to reproduce it;

3. FTP access with write permissions to MailBee WebMail Pro installation on your server.
