Hi
I have a small problem with my ages-old Gmail account.
When I choose the 'All mail' folder I don't see any messages. Search and filtering works fine
Any ideas on determining the cause?
Thanks,
Tom

Most likely, the folder contains items which cannot be presented as email messages - chat messages, for example. The folder is known to be handled well by WebMail if it doesn't contain chat items.

Indeed. I deleted all the chats and it works now. It's weird though, because none of those conversations would show on the first page anyway. Why would the folder still fail to load?
Thanks

WebMail assumes each message in the folder has UID (Unique IDentifier) and chat items don't have that.
