Hi guys,

New here, but I thought I'd start with a question...

We run a shared hosting platform using cPanel, and we've just installed the trial version of Webmail Pro and love it.

Ideally, we'd like to use the Afterlogic login page, instead of the cPanel webmail login page - is this possible to achieve?

In simple terms, I want clients to be able to go to webmail.clientdomain.com and see the Afterlogic login page - then go straight into the Webmail Pro program.

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated!

Regards,

David Curtis

To achieve that, you need to set up WebMail Pro using a regular package rather than cPanel installer, see this documentation page section.

Hi Igor,

We've setup the system as you suggested, on another domain, and thus are letting our clients use this domain to login to their mail.. however, we cant seem to get the DAV to be working, as there is no way we can do account specific virtual directories for the dav setup just for one cpanel shared account... can you help?

Cheers
MTH

Sorry, we're not cPanel experts. We can only provide generic configuration guidelines available here.

Did you ever get this resolved?

I have setup Afterlogic as a regular package at http://email.mydomain.co.uk/.

I would like to force all users accessing webmail via their own webmail.domain.com address to this address.

It's not really something we can resolve as it's about cPanel server configuration, not about our product. I would recommend requesting assistance from cPanel support team on this.

Okay I will do, but this does seem like a question that keeps popping up (from the searches I've done) and maybe worth researching and adding to the documentation.

It's a great addition and I think most people would like it to be front and center.
