Hi,
In the message list, if the topic is collapsed (it means, many messages in this thread) it is not possible to know if one of them is unread.
It would be great if it could act as OWA, if one of the messages into that topic is unread, the topic remains bold as well.
Thanks,
Fernando

Makes sense to me, I'm forwarding the suggestion to product management now. We'll have to think how to make the latest message itself unread, but I guess we'll find something out.

Product management team has just confirmed that this will be implemented in next release. In addition, visual styles of unread thread and unread message will be slightly different to avoid confusion between the two.

I also suggest an option to Disable/Enable auto grouping of messages. I see that some of my employees find it confusing to have messages grouped together.
Thanks

That option is already there in account settings: Settings > Common > Use mail threading if supported by the server.

I have read all post here. I just want to ask if OWAA will be included in your next release?

Not sure what exactly is that. If you mean OWA, that's a Microsoft product not related to AfterLogic WebMail in any way, while they both do the similar job in terms of accessing email accounts.
