Hi,

It would be great to have a button allowing us to see the whole header of one message.

I'm not sure, but I believe that there was an option in the earlier versions when you double-click one message.

This is very important in order to debug any issue when we receive customer complaints.

Thanks,
Fernando

There was such feature in previous versions indeed, however the product management believes it was a rarely used one, so it wasn't implemented in v7. Current workaround is to save message to disk as EML file and open it with any text viewer or editor.

I believe it is an important feature considering support environment and debug purposes.

I don't know if this is the right channel, but I'd appreciate if you could enable this feature again, even if it remains hidden and we need to enable/disable in settings.xml.

Thanks,
Fernando

We have a feature suggest section here. Also, you can cast your vote or vote for other ideas here.
