Hy there ,
        Whenever i create a user for web mail then it shows the authentication failed error
Email:test@gmail.com
Password: testing
incoming Login : test
Incoming Mail: 127.0.0.1
Outgoing login:empty
Outgoing Password: empty
Outgoing mail:127.0.0.1
can you please tell me the solution for this problem,?

From the list of details you provided, it's not really clear where you're trying to connect to, as in - what mail server are you trying to use? You can only access an email account which already exists somewhere on some mail server, and if it's actually about GMail access - the details would be totally different, both incoming and outgoing details should be pointing to GMail, not to your local server denoted as 127.0.0.1. Details for GMail access can be found here. And of course, those must be actual login email address and password of the account you're trying to access.
