While Testing I would like to only allow certain users to use the WebMail Application. Is there a way to only allow certail users to check email?

Disabling "Allow advanced login" option in administrative settings would limit email accounts to those registered on default mail server ("POP3 Server" and "SMTP Server") specified in administrative settings.
