          Hello there,

I'm currently trying WebMail Pro -- which seems to be the perfect Outlook Web Access killer -- on my personnal server.
My server is runing Plesk 11, and I've installed WebMail Pro without any problem. Configuring the mail server was easy (localhost...).

The only problem is DAV : in the admin panel, the mobile sync & DAV parameters were initialy not set. I've place those settings :
 DAV server : mydomain/webmail/dav
imap and smtp : mydomain (correctly configured on my DNS)

The problem is that when I enter my email address and password while trying to configure my smartphone (or trying to access mydomain/webmail/dav.php), I always get an error message telling me the username/password is bas.

 Could you please help me?
 Thank you very much,

 Vincent.

The first thing to do is to try enabling DAV access from the browser as described here.

If the credentials are not accepted, even after enabling the plugin, that means the web server is not configured properly. Detailed instructions for this kind of configuration are found here.

We might be able to assist you further on this if you provide access to the installation, please use our HelpDesk if you're willing to proceed that way.
