the new pro7 has only one skin which is "Default". This skin has no option for over / under presentation. i.e. you get side by side whether you like it or not.

Are more skins with over/under layout going to be provided soon ?

 thanks

I understand you're speaking of horizontal layout which was available till version 6.*, and we don't plan to offer such layout in v7 of WebMail Pro. However, since the entire interface design is template-driven, it is possible to create custom layouts now.

 Hi,

but how can I modify that? Which files i need to modify? e.g i need to put a IMPRINT on the page. I use FOOTER.html before in other programs for this, but i dont find a file like footer.html head.html body.html and so on, in your Webmail Pro PHP 7 Package.

So can you tell me how i able to modify your default skin?

 Thank you!

 Bye...

i found /templates/views/Login/LoginViewModel.html ... if i change that, nothing happens.

If i change -> /templates/Index.html something happens, but i cant change the <body> </body> But that is important for me to change the output of the BODY in the LOGIN Form.

 Hope you can help ;)

 Bye...

Currently, there's no documentation for this, but we definitely plan to make it available in the near future.

That's the proper file indeed, though you might also need to modify styles.css found under skins/Default directory.

Also, be sure to clear browser cache to have changes applied. This documentation page might help.

I did the upgrade and converted the database tables, logged in and couldn't work out how to get the my view back even though the admin options allow for template changes.

I checked the skins folder and found the same, only a Default view that I detest.

Googled, and found this thread. I've tried to roll back to a previous version but I can't get my MySQL to import my database backups and the older MailBee PHP files won't read the newer MySQL database.

I'm totally stuffed with this weird view. =-[

The database structures between v6 and v7 are not compatible, and if you can't restore previous installation from backup for some reason but still prefer using previos version on AS IS basis, installing it from scratch seems to be the only option. And if you might need the original package, it's available here.

My other (lazier) option is to wait until someone makes another skin that looks a bit more "classic".

The webmail system is so nice and easy to use and maintain that I really can't complain about a theme. =-]
