Hi - I have been trying to find the following features as listed on the website...

Advanced features (WebMail Pro only):
* Personal Signatures
* SPAM filtering options
* Multiple POP3/IMAP4/SMTP accounts per user

but am unable to find them (obviously not looking in the right place).
Can someone please tell me where to find these?

* Personal Signatures - click Properties link below "logout" button. You'll see Signature command in toolbar.

* SPAM filtering options (Filters) - resides in the same toolbar where Signature is located.

- Multiple POP3/IMAP4/SMTP accounts per user - click Settings (to the left of Logout button), and then Add New Account (in the screen's bottom) to add new account

Regards,
Alex

that's great, thank you!

Do you know how to prevent people from accessing email accounts on our mail servers? I want people to be limited to localhost for incoming mail server...
Will I need to hard code this?

You can disable Advanced Login in Administration Console/Login Settings and specify localhost as Incoming Mail mail server in WebMail Settings dialog.

That still doesn't help if they go to the properties page and specify a defferent server when adding a new account tho, or if they edit the properties of an existing account...

Or does it?

Disabling Advanced Login main purpose is to forbid stangers access their email through your server. However, if some user was already authorized to access your service (already has an account in your system), it's usually ok to allow him/her to check additional external accounts.

However, if this should not be allowed in your case, you must comment out adding new account and change account properties in WebMail Pro code (such as disable Add New Account button).
