When i try add a image direct on a email (not attach), webmail show error:
File upload error. Most probably, the file is larger than 2M
But the image have only 3K.
The problem repeat with all types and sizes of images.
WebMail Pro version 4.9
Any idea ?

That's quite an old version, current one is 6.3. Try the latest one and see if the issue persists there.

But the cost to upgrade our unlimited license are very expensive to us.

You can pick a more suitable license then - for 10,000 users, 50,000 users etc. Anyway, 4.* version is beyond any support.

The problem is because we have some small instalattions, is not only one location.
This a bug for version 4.9 or is a problem on my server or instalation ?

From licensing point of view, that doesn't matter. Total number of users is limited by the license, any number of installations is allowed by a single license.

Sorry, no idea. That version was released two years ago, a lot of things has changed in the code since then.
