Our webmail server crashed. We now have things up and running with users getting the new email.
The problem is recovering mail in "Sent Items" and other user-created folders.
I copied the recovered files/folders to the users directory so they are there on the disk. All the permissions are the same as other working accounts.
When I log into webmail I see nothing in "Sent Items". I do see the user-created folders that I copied over but the messages in these folders are not displaying. Webmail says "The folder is empty.".
Do you have any idea what I should do to get this recovered email showing up? Is there something I have to update in the database that I'm not seeing?
Thanks in advance.

Is my understanding correct that you were using POP3 and not IMAP? Also, have you actually recreated the database? This point is important as all the folders are indexed on database level, so having respective folders on filesystem wouldn't probably be enough. The same would apply to IMAP as well, in case if your WebMail Pro version was older than 6.0. In 6.* version, messages are directly synced with IMAP server.
