I upgraded from Webmail Pro PHP 5.1.11 (Windows) to version 6.1.5 PHP. I don't see the filter option in the email account settings anymore. The changelog doesn't mention this option being removed either. Is this option removed? I used many filters to move incoming mail to imap folders, my inbox is swamped with mail now.
Thanks

In current version, filters work for POP3 accounts only. With IMAP, syncing with database was used before, now WebMail Pro works with IMAP in direct sync mode and thus old filtering approach can no longer be used. We're in process of developing SIEVE-based filtering solutions, probably will become available in next major release (6.2).

Hello Igor,
In this case, how to recover users' existing filters after the update?
Thank you.

POP3 filters do not require recovery as they should be there after the upgrade, and IMAP filters are not currently supported when it's Direct Mode sync. In case if other sync.mode was used for IMAP, filters might still be there though.

We use IMAP and 'All Headers' sync mode (webmail pro php 4.7.8). In this case, how to recover users' existing filters after the update to 6.2, knowing that the filters tab no longer appears?

That's an unsupported case, sorry. Maybe filters would still be there, but no idea if they're going to work.

Just had a talk with the developers, and they state: if it's IMAP with All Headers, the filters will probably be displayed and they will be functional, but this was never tested, since Direct Mode is the only option supported by WebMail Pro 6 for IMAP.
