i am going to the page where its doing its inital checks everyone is fine apart from the mssql. Even though i have the php extension in the extension folder and have uncommented it from the PHP ini it is still saying it setup. I know mssql server is running as it showing in the services as being there.
Is there anything i can do to try and resolve this.

Even though MS SQL Server itself might be available in the system, it doesn't mean PHP is configured to work
with it. You might want to check PHP and/or MS SQL support resources on this. By the way, if you're running
the product on Windows ASP.NET edition might be more suitable. For PHP, using MySQL is recommended, and in
WebMail Pro 6.0 we have discontinued MS SQL support for PHP edition.
