I just followed the update proceedure to go from 5.x to 6.0, and when I try accessing my /adminpanel/, as the update doc says to, I get a number of compiler warnings. I've attached screenshots for some of them. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Fixed this. Completely removed all traces of webmail, reinstalled again, and this time it worked...must have been a duplicate file or something.
