          Hi, I have just installed webmail php

 easy setup and wokrs like a charm, but If I send mail with Icelandic letters in the topic  I get garble text
 
 Al text in the body of the post show fine.

 Make sure you have set UTF-8 as your default charset, the same charset must be default one for SQL database you're using.

 I personally use Notepad++. Again, UTF-8 should be used, and make sure BOM (Byte Order Mark) is NOT used.
