when I want to login to my email account,the 403 forbidden error like below picture appears,what is the reason?

This looks like webserver-related issue. For instance, permissions were not set correctly for the data folder or PHP scripts themselves. Did you run the installer found at /adminpanel/install.htm? Was the compatibility test successful? It can be something specific for LiteSpeed web server you're using, so we suggest to search if anyone encountered something like this with the server you use.
