I replaced Afterlogic webmail lite (PHP Edititon) with atmail in Plesk 9.5.2 and everythings goes right but It can not connect to hMailServer:
"SMTP connection to port 25 failed: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (Error code: 10060)
POP3 connection to port 110 failed: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (Error code: 10060)
IMAP connection to port 143 failed: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (Error code: 10060)"
but when I telneted it everythings is ok:
telnet localhost 110:
+OK POP3
telnet localhost 143:
+OK IMAPver1
Notice: Roundabout work smoothly in same situation.

you telnet from the same computer where you have our webmail installed, right? Are they all on the same computer? (I mean hMailServer, AfterLogic, RoundCube)?
