Not sure if I understand the question, as filesystem locations make no difference for the product. AfterLogic WebMail is accessing the account via IMAP protocol and it shows all the folders available within the account. You can hide folders you don't require to be shown by unchecking "Subscribe" option in Manage Folders screen of account settings.

We do allow source code modification, so if something in behavior of WebMail Lite doesn't suit you, you can modify the product the way you require.

My problem is just if the imap account have many folder in his home folder. I want to know if it's possible to limit the listing to a folder in place of all the home directory.

I known the unchecking solution but it list many folder and I want to limit that for all account.

With script can be change to do my request ? If somebody have do that I will save many time.

the idee is to not list all folder of the home directory of the imap account but list only the folder "mail" in the home directory.

 Many thanks

There's no out-of-the-box way to achieve this in WebMail. However, there will be namespaces feature in AfterLogic WebMail 5.0 which is to be released in about a month. Can't promise anything, but there's a chance it will help.
