What does this error message mean? It's appears when sending a message.
Error: Negative or void server response

Common reasons are:
- SMTP server requires authentication (you can enable it in Account Properties if the authentication is disabled)
- SMTP server does not allow authentication (you can disable it in Account Properties if the authentication is enabled)
- Mail sender is not accepted by the server (you must send from email address accepted by the server)
Account Properties are only available in WebMail Pro. In WebMail Lite, check "Use SMTP authentication" on/off in Administration panel.
