Hello -
Receivers of my emails are seeing spaces in the subject line.
If I write an email with a subject line titled
"Are there spaces on every 21st space? Confirm and let me know"
the receiver will see the subject lines as:
"Are there spaces on e very 21st space? Con firm and let me know?"
Has anyone ever experienced this? Is there a quick fix?
Thanks in advance!

What version of the product you're using? Is that Lite or Pro, PHP or .NET? Upgrading to the latest version may be a good idea for the start.

I also have this problem in the 4.2 and 4.3 version. I just installed the 4.8.15 version so I need to do more tests but it seems it happen also.
It's not spaces that are added in the subject but line break.
This can be very annoying, specialy when it happen in middle of codes used to filter/track messages' answers.

Yes, it still happen in lastest version. Here is the raw subject line taken from the header of an email sent from the webmail :
Subject: RE: FWD: Subject with long text line asadsa sss fff as
dadsa asdswsd ddd asss eerera avvae:TID:133
or :
Subject: 123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234
56789012345678901234567890
as you can see, a line break was added.
It has more chance to happen with long subject line but I also got it with short ones. (But its possible the line break are inserted after a fixed number of characters : if a line contain special characters, they are encoded in a way that make the line much longer than what it look like)

Can we have one of those mails received by WebMail Pro saved as EML file and submitted via HelpDesk?

Problem is not with mail received but with mail sent from WebMail Pro (PHP).
The raw message delivered by the mailserver into the recipient mailbox, on the server, has line break in the subject line.
The ".eml" message stored by WebMail Pro into the "Sent Items" folder also has line break in the subject line.
I will send you both messages.
