When using the free version that allows up to 5 users, it tells me that I have reached the max number of users when i have only created one. I have one domain created and just one user in that domain. When i try to add a second user, it tells me that i have reached the max.

Any ideas why its doing this?

Are you using PHP or ASP.NET version? We also need to know the version number, you can find it out as shown here.

I am using the ASP.NET version.

The version number is 4.8.19

When i downloaded the app, i chose the license for 5 users unlimited.
