I'm running vBulletin and I need to know how to integrate this with it. My main goal is to allow my users to register for an account on my vBulletin forum, but while registering their user name, that user name registers username@domain.com to the WebMail database. As well as signing in. Once they sign into the forums, it logs them into WebMail as username@domain.com. Once they're logged into the forums, I will have a link in the navigation bar that says "WebMail", and when they click it, their email account is right there.
My FTP setup is
/root of vbulletin
/mail
webmail files
vbulletin files
If that helps any.

There's one thing to clarify regarding this approach: when WebMail Pro account is created, appropriate email account should exist on server already. If this requirement is met, you can create WebMail Pro account (see Example 2).
It would not be possible to set up mail server account from within WebMail Pro as this is not supported by standard email protocols.

Let's say I found a script that allows people to create an email address on my server (and I have), is there any way someone could give me the steps to allow everything else I want to happen? Such as the login of my vBulletin logging them into WebMail as well?

If your script actually allows creating mail server account, you should use integration API (the link in my previous post) to create WebMail Pro account with the same credentials. API is well-explained in the documentation, so one shouldn't have troubles creating small PHP script with all the data passed using API.
