I am trying the trial version pro, I would have
all my mails in unique panel and with 1 button
search if there are new mails.

Instead now I have to click on any account and
click on receive mail to see if there are mails.

So there is a way to have a global vision for
all the accounts?

There is no way to check all the accounts in one click, we're planning to add this in future releases of the product.
