Yes, you can, WebMail Pro can work with any POP3/SMTP-compliant server, and it's quite straight-forward with Microsoft POP3/SMTP as there is no issues like "requires SSL connection" and so on (although it may depend on the configuration). At least it always worked fine in all Microsoft POP3/SMTP testing scenarios we had.

Actually, this is quite intuitive so shouldn't require any tutorials. You need to supply the same credentials you would use in any other email client like Outlook Express: POP3/SMTP server name, port, login, password and email address is required.
You can supply default server name and port in Default Settings of Admin Panel, those can be overriden by using "Advanced Login" button on login page.
Of course, you can specify different credentials for different user accounts, this is done in Users section of Admin Panel.
