The problem did not occur when I use WebMail Pro PHP Live Demo.
By the way, my server is Unix Server.
Any suggestion? Thank you

I found problem is related to PHP version, when I swith it to PHP 4, it seems to work properly.
Can I suggest your team to write some codes to solve this problem when client is using PHP 5 version?
Thanks very much

Actually, our developers strive to make WebMail Pro PHP compatible with PHP 4 or above. Please try to install the latest version and check if it helps, you can also update your existing installation according to upgrading instructions.
