I am using PHP pro webclient, when I successfully login, sometimes I can download attach file which my client sent to me, sometimes I can not, why? If I use outlook, it always looks fine.

Notice: I am using character other than English

We recommend to make sure that you have sufficient memory_limit set in your PHP configuration, you can check it using PHPinfo:

It is recommended to have memory limit set to at least 200M to process large attachments.

But, the file is actually same size, normally between 400K to 500K, is that any possible reason? the file name sometimes is other than English.
