When I tried to build web mail pro, I got following Error
It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. D:\webmail-pro-net\WEBMAIL \adminpanel\web.config 17
though I am able to use all the capabilites of the product whien I use webmail without publishing.

Please make sure that you have created an application in IIS for Admin Panel. WebMail and AdminPanel are different applications, so you should probably compile both of them. Please also note that you should open them as web application in Visual Studio, not as web sites.
