Change account password feature should be used when the password to the user account on the mail server has been changed, and you want to update the password in WebMail Pro database to reflect the password change on the mail server.

However, this feature cannot change the password on the mail server itself. Neither POP3 nor IMAP protocols support this functionality. Mail server manufacturers provide their own methods for administering accounts on a mail server, incompatible with each other. If your mail server exposes any account management API which can be used from ASP, we can implement password change feature for you in the terms of a custom project.
