Is there some way to change the text in the IE 7 browser tab from 'MailBee Webmail Pro' to something else (ie more hosting company specific) ? I think that this may be from the HTML Title tag (not sure though). TIA ...

That's configurable in WebMail Admin Console (mailadm) / WebMail Settings / Site name.
