Hello,

I continue with the webmail pro setup, i have the mail acounts with the following setup:

=> Delete received messages from server = Checked

=> Type of Inbox Synchronize => Entire Messages

Each time a new message arrive i get the header of the message but when i try to open the mail i returns me the error: "This message has already been deleted from the mail server" (PROC_MSG_HAS_DELETED).

I tried deleting the acounts and creating new ones, but there is no way to download the messages and delete it from servers and use the local mailbee webmail pro database to read the msg.

EXTENDED INFO:

I can see my send mails but not my recived when i click on them. I checked the data folder and i can see the .eml files in my send folder (Data\mail\a\admin@XXXX.XX\) but the Inbox folder is empty.

I am having customers reporting this error as well. I am using version 4.7.6 Webmail Pro PHP.

I think I know what started this. I deleted most of my /temp directory this morning due to the amount of disk space it was using but now whenever someone clicks on an unread e-mail with an attachment it displays the message "This message has already been deleted from the mail server". If they click on an e-mail that has already been read with attachments they can still view the attachments.

Is there any way I can fix this?

We believe that removing temporary files/folders should not affect accessing attachments in any way.

Please confirm that you did not remove anything from Mail subfolder of the data folder, as that's where mails are actually stored as EML files. Please also let us know what account type (POP3/IMAP) and what synchronization mode is used. Switching to Direct Mode may be an option.

To help us understand what exactly is going on, please send us the log file. You can activate debug logging in AdminPanel > WebMail > Debug Setting > Enable Logging. Just make sure the log file does not contain irrelevant records.
