Hi There!
After setting correct path for data,now I can log on to the mailadm.php. I have change the site name, incomming & outgoing and after clicking the save button, I got an error " The previous session was terminated due to a timeout". Please advice.

The problem of such kind may arise if session.save_path setting in configuration of your PHP engine (php.ini file) is not set properly, or if PHP has no permission to access the path specified.
Please check the link for more info:
http://php.net/manual/en/session.configuration.php#ini.sessi on.save-path
It may also occur due to cookie settings in your web browser, you should allow cookies to be accepted from domain name or IP address the application is located on.
