There is no such setting. If you need such kind of customization, please contact us via Request Support Form for details.

Not sure if this is related. But we are finding in firefox 2/3 while composing an email that we are unable to select a font to use.

It seems that the system starts with Times New Roman, and if we type some text into the body it will be Times New Roman, but if we change to Arial, it will continue to enter text in as Times New Roman instead of changing to Arial.

The version of webmail pro that we have is 4.2.16

Well this is quite an old version. Please check the Live Demo of our brand-new WebMail Pro 4.7, does the issue persist there as well?

As I have mentioned in previous cases we can not upgrade right now because of the custom programming we had you guys do to our system.

Can you assist in resolving this issue so that the font selector will work in firefox properly? It works in IE, but not firefox.

We've checked this using a custom version we've developed for you, everything works as expected. To let us check this, please place the web folder of your WebMail Pro installation and send it us via email or using our HelpDesk. Please also let us know what version of Mozilla Firefox you're using.

Well, it looks like it is firefox 3.5.2 with the problem. We tried on firefox 2.0.0.6 and it works properly.
