If you try to access WebMail Admin Console of your WebMail PHP installation, you'll see the issue is caused by insufficient permissions over the data folder. The installation instructions contain recommendations on how to assign the correct permissions.

Do you have cPanel/WHM access to your site? Have you tried to assign permissions through FTP? Could you please provide us with FTP and cPanel/WHM access to your site, we'll try to resolve the issue directly. Use Request Support form for this purpose.

What's about cPanel/WHM? Did Yahoo provide you with it?

cPanel/WHM is a web administration tool which allows you to manage your hosting account through special web interface.
