Hi,
I have a HTTP 500 error trying to login on any account already created. I have no problem accessing mailadm pages and I do not see anything wrong. I have rebooted my windows server but the problem still exists.
¿What can I do?
Thanks

First, please let us know the exact version of MailBee WebMail you use. You can learn it from the documentation shipped with the product.
Also, looks like you use Internet Explorer. Please turn the following settings off:
Tools / Internet Options / Advanced / Show friendly HTTP error messages
And reproduce the issue to get more detailed error message.
Please also, enable logging WebMail Pro session into a file:
WebMail Admin Console (mailadm) / Debug Settings / Enable Logging
reproduce the error and provide us with the log file for examination. Please use Request Support form for this purpose.
Best regards,
Andrew
