I recently started a thread concerning problems I was having getting WebMail Lite to work on my server.
After several attempts to get it worked out in the forum, Andrew from AfterLogic support requested access to my server to investigate and see if he could locate the problem.
I told him that I was certain the problem had something to do with my IIS configuration and not with WebMail.
I gave Andrew the access he needed and after a few trial and error passes, he got WebMail Lite working perfectfully for me.
The issue was resolved by creating a separate AppPool for WebMail so if anyone else runs into something like this, try with a dedicated AppPool for WebMail.
What I really want to comment on is the level of support I received. I feel that Andrew went far beyond what should have been expected of him.
After all, the issue was in my IIS setup and not in WebMail!
I commend Andrew and AfterLogic for this unequaled level of support. Nowhere else will you find support like this.
Thank you Andrew and AfterLogic!
When I grow to the point that I need a more robust solution than WebMail Lite I will certainly look no further than AfterLogic and WebMail Pro.
Kudos to your great support.
